Executive Management & Financial Advisory — By Axel Funhoff

Value. Purpose. Performance.

Businesses do not flourish through skill alone, but through people and how they behave as a team. Our proposition exists to turn human potential into organisational capability, and organisational capability into sustainable value — combining strategy, leadership, and finance with hands-on management and a clear view of what people need to thrive.

Approach

People. Systems. Performance.

Organisations are social systems. They thrive when they meet fundamental human needs — meaning, respect, recognition, belonging, autonomy, mastery, hope, beauty, and a purpose greater than oneself. Leading such organisations calls for an equally multidimensional skillset: strategy and finance, organisational design and people leadership, commercial and performance management, governance, product and service innovation, programme management, operations, supply-chain management, and cultural transformation. The task of leadership is to bring these dimensions together — turning human potential into organisational capability, and organisational capability into sustainable value for clients.

Value. Culture. Collective Intelligence.

In the age of automation, creating exceptional value is no longer about controlling tasks or directing transactions. It is about nurturing a culture of respect, psychological safety, and shared purpose — where individual talent becomes collective intelligence, and people are empowered to grow toward their full potential.

Growth. Relevance. Sales.

Great businesses outgrow their markets by becoming more relevant to more customers. That takes genuine customer insight, and a sales organisation built — in skills, structure, and incentive — to turn real customer problems into valuable solutions.

Practice Areas

Four disciplines, drawn from both sides of the table.

Executive Management

General management and financial leadership for organisations in transition — strategy, commercial and performance management, and cultural transformation, built on direct experience running businesses from inside, not only advising them from outside.

Corporate Finance advisory

Valuation, deal structuring, and M&A advisory grounded in years spent as an equity analyst and inside private equity — the same discipline now applied on a client's behalf.

Investment & Capital Strategy

Investment analysis and capital allocation advisory across the investor landscape — venture capital, family offices, private equity, and industrial investors.

Organisational Design

Structure and governance for complex, multi-stakeholder innovation programmes — vision, accountability, and the change management needed to turn human potential into organisational capability.
